Our Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our homes. Downstream Enterprises was founded on principles of exceptional cleanliness. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures, under the advice of global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. Some of the protocols we have implemented include:
- Our home cleaning teams are receiving ongoing briefings and cleaning protocols are being updated as recommended by authorities.
- We have increased the frequency with which we disinfect high traffic areas (including door handles, light switches, remotes, all areas of bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
- We perform a rigorous inspection between guests to ensure we maintain industry leading standards to continue to keep guest safety at the forefront.
- Reviewing our cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis due to extenuating circumstances.
- Connecting guests with local resources to aid compliance with Travel and Quarantine Guidelines.
WE LOOK FORWARD TO WHEN THIS PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY PASSES.
STAY SAFE, STAY HEALTHY!

In order for us to maintain the safety of our local community, we are required to ask you to complete this state-issued certificate of compliance regarding COVID-19 travel and lodging guidelines. We will email you a secure link to complete the certificate online prior to your arrival, or leave paper copies for you to complete at your vacation rental property.
If you are uncomfortable with your capability to comply with any mandates or requirements that are still in place at the time of your reservation, we will consider amendments or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Federal, State, or locally enforced travel or lodging restrictions that are enacted between the time of your reservation and the beginning of your stay may also be considered extenuating circumstances regarding our booking and cancellation policies.
